Senior Consultant-Risk/Credit Management Consulting

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• ERS fulfilment – to accomplish policy setting, related consulting, user training and provide after installation service

• Explore business opportunity from the given potential customers, and sell Online Trust Profile solution to target customers aggressively via tele-marketing approach.

Sales Representative

Requirement:
• Introduce and promote the Program to prospective / target companies, effectively soliciting participants for the Program.

China Infrastructure Leader
Purpose of Job:
Have operational responsibility for the development and on-going management of IT Infrastructure
• To build a deep understanding of key business areas to plan, develop and implement infrastructure solutions that will deliver corporate and service specific objectives and meet the strategic priorities of the company
• To ensure effective service delivery from D&B's Infrastructure managed service partners
• The post holder will be a member of the AP Technology team, with collective responsibility for the overall management of the service in China.
Key accountabilities:
• Lead a team to provide network infrastructure, desktop & server management related services and support with the realm of D&B's global technology standards.
• Establish strong relations and partnerships with internal colleagues and major outsource vendors such as CSC Australia, Acxiom, Verizon and work with them to ensure SLA is met
• Act as the Technical Change Control Manager. Ensure that all changes are implemented in a formal and controlled manner and the appropriate levels of communications are taken when implementing change.
• Put in place continual service improvement plans which reduce the number of support calls and commonly reported problems.
• Maintain disaster recovery plans and conduct regular reviews to ensure recovery objectives are met.
• Implement best practice service management procedures and embed them within operational services.
• Maintain data and network security and implement effective processes and initiatives to achieve a secure end user computing environment against possible data loss.
• Project manage the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades as appropriate
• Manage the out-out hours support team and service.
